Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your (“you”, “your”, “user”) access to and use of the FastMove.Click website and related services (the “Site”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone’s use of the Site. You must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems;
Use the Site to solicit providers outside of the FastMove.Click platform;
Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information;
Upload or transmit viruses or any material that could disable or interfere with the Site.

4. Marketplace & Provider Relationships

FastMove.Click is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent, third-party service providers of furniture moving, restoration, and deep-cleaning services. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement between you and any provider. Providers are independent contractors. We do not perform moving, restoration, or cleaning services ourselves.

We vet and verify (as described on the Site) but do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or performance of any provider. Any booking or engagement with a provider is solely between you and that provider.

5. Quotes, Pricing & Payments

All prices shown are estimates based on inputs provided; final prices are confirmed by providers and displayed before you commit.
We collect a transparent 15% platform fee on eligible transactions.
Escrow: Payments are held in escrow by our payment partners and released to the provider upon your confirmation that the service is complete and satisfactory (or per the applicable escrow agreement). We are not a financial institution.
We may facilitate payment processing through third-party payment processors. Your payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and those processors’ terms.

6. Cancellation, Refunds & Disputes

Your right to cancel, refund, or dispute a charge depends on the provider’s policy and the applicable escrow/payment processor rules. We encourage you to review provider terms before booking.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content, logos, graphics, and software (excluding user-submitted content) are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. User Content

You may submit content to us (e.g., reviews, photos, quote requests). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Site. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE IS UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. We do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any provider, price, or third-party content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FASTMOVE.CLICK BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FastMove.Click, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Termination

We may, without notice and at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we believe to be harmful to the Site or its users.
